E-Commerce & Privacy
The Website www.beautifulage.co.za sells various products online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ User indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
Credit Card Acquiring – Payment Gateway
All Credit Card Transactions are acquired by PayGate(Pty) Ltd, which is a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa. Consumers may go to www.paygate.co.za to view PayGate’s security policy.

Purchase of Products on The Provider’s Website
To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page.
Details of the prices for the products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on or through Our Website. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of Your order. The price of any product includes VAT but excludes any delivery charge.

Beautiful Age Products
All products must be paid for by credit card at the time of the order, at which time the User will be notified of the current price.
The Provider is entitled to refuse any order placed by the User. If the User’s order is accepted, The Provider will confirm acceptance to the User by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation.
To cancel any order after it has been dispatched to the User, the User will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.
Reselling of products
Please note that all products available on the Provider’s Website are for personal use only. The User may not sell or resell any of the products.
