RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

What happens if I am not entirly satisfied with my product?

We will check and verify each and every product prior to shipping.  If an error occurs and the product is damaged or broken then the product must be returned within 7 days.  Please contact orders@beautifulage.co.za before you return any product(s), with a photo and full details with an explanation as to why you are not satisfied with the product.

All valid returns will be replaced and shipped within 7 working days, subject to availability, once the damaged goods have been received and we have verified it was our error.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 28 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your peace of mind we recommend that you use the same courier company that delivered the goods as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. 

Please could you contact our customer care team on orders@beautifulage.co.za before any return is made so we can make sure our warehouse is aware of its arrival and therefore will minimise the time for a refund.

Inside your package, please:

  • Print your name
  • Print your order number
  • Highlight the item(s) being returned
  • Include the reason for return

Refund time

We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse. The refund will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.

Exchange of Goods

You are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition and in its original packaging as it was received. The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product(s) and Beautiful Age will aim to replace the goods within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
