We understand your concerns, but there is no need, because it is very safe. Our site uses a payment system called PayGate. This is one of two secure online credit card platforms that have been approved by all South African banks. PayGate offers a watertight level of security and operates behind an SSL (secure socket layer) Certificate. All your card details entered on the site’s payment page are encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone.

Credit or debit cards offer the easiest and most efficient method of payment. It means we can process your order immediately. We do offer internet banking options, which allows you to pay via EFT.  However, we then require proof of payment and the funds have to clear into our account before we can process your order.  This can lead to delays of up to 3 days.

Yes we can deliver to almost every destination in South Africa using our local courier companies. Delivery will be straight to your door and each order is trackable, safe and efficient. The cost of delivery will vary according area, size of the package and the value of the order.  We can provide details upon request.  You can expect delivery to take 3 to 5 working days from the day of dispatch.

*We unfortunately do not deliver outside of South Africa.

The standard local delivery cost is between R50 to R140 depending on your area.  If you want an express service we are happy to quote you for this service.  If your order in over R750 we will deliver free of charge in the Western Cape.

In brief you choose your category to shop within, select your product(s), add them to the cart and proceed to checkout.  You then are required to complete the payment details. You then confirm your order and register an account with www.beautifulage.co.za

We are open 24/7 but your orders are only processed during the normally working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (except for Public Holidays). If for any reason the product you have selected is out of stock we will contact you.

Our courier company will deliver your order to the address you have given us.  Delivery will take place between Monday and Friday.  Delivery can be at a work address if that is your preference.  If there is no one home when the courier company arrives, they will contact you to make an alternative arrangement.

No it is not necessary.  Anyone at the delivery address can sign on your behalf.

Yes we have a gifting section on our site and you are able write a personal message which will be printed in a gift card and sent with your goods.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched we will send you an e-mail with the waybill number and the relevant web address so that you can personally track the progress of your delivery

Yes we do.  Most goods can be returned with a valid reason.  A small fee for collection and delivery may apply depending on the circumstances.
